Advisory

Registered with ANBI status (official Dutch designation as a public benefit organisation), CPF provides a mission-driven advisory service that bridges critical (un)learning, ethical practice, and material redistribution while supporting organisations to translate equity commitments into operational reality.

Working with international and national NGOs and donors, CPF supports design and implementation of actions to ensure that equitable partnership, community leadership, and localisation—embedded in theories of change (ToC), strategies and organisational practice.

This includes aligning program design with community-defined priorities, improving program intersectionality and gender-responsiveness, and developing partnership and governance structures that shift decision-making power and resources closer to local actors.

CPF has a wide network of research experts with diverse backgrounds composed of international human rights advocates, anthropologists, political scientists, lawyers, and social scientists, which will contribute to a multi-disciplinary approach in the foundation’s knowledge generation.
